LaunchPad is a program for DAOC players. It does three things:

— Launches DAOC with a mouse click. The game starts with the desired toon logged in. The first screen you see is the game itself.

— Adjusts screen brightness when DAOC is active.

— Lets you paste text from the clipboard to the chat line.

About security: The program saves passwords in encrypted form. The encryption is performed by Microsoft's kernel-mode encryption system. This is the same method used by Google Chrome. Nobody can see your passwords (not even you) and nobody can use them unless they log into your PC on your Windows user account.
